Private Class-$110/lesson

This is the way that you truly learn the system of exercises that Joseph Pilates developed.  Each class will consist of the best exercises catered to your body while utilizing the entire Pilates system.  You will be worked out on top of the line Gratz apparatus to help improve your strength, flexibility, muscle tone, posture and balance.  Practicing true pilates with an experienced instructor trained in the original, time tested method can be life changing.  Private instruction is the best way to learn and develop your Pilates muscles!  

Major Credit Cards are accepted.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay. Zelle payment preferred, as well as Cash.

Small group Mat & Apparatus Class-$75/person

In this small group class (maximum of 3 participants), you will utilize the system of apparatuses as well as learn the Pilates Mat.   Every muscle in your body gets attention.  You will learn how to move from your powerhouse which will strengthen your core muscles and improve everything from your posture to your strength and flexibility. This class is all about strength training in a small group environment which is fun as well as offering you a full body workout! You must be able to work out on the floor as well as on the apparatuses in order to join this class.

This class will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 am beginning Tuesday June 27, 2023.

 

PACKAGES:

Private’s: 5 classes for $525

Small Group/Semi-Private: 5 classes for $350

Studio Policies:  

  • Gift Certificates must be redeemed within one year of purchase and are subject to our package expiration policy. We want you to get in the studio and keep up with your workouts!

  • Packages of 5 will expire in 3 months.

  • 24 hour notice must be received if you are unable to make a class. Otherwise, you will be charged for your class. Thank you for respecting this policy.

  • Full payment for all classes must be made prior to class or package.

  • Schedule and pricing are subject to change without notice.

  • Privacy: any client contact information will be used for studio business only. Client email will be added to mailing list for studio updates & newsletter.

  • All new clients please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out registration and liability waiver form.
