Our Studio:

Located on Cape Cod in the beautiful village of Osterville, we practice and teach the original system of exercises based on the philosophy of Joseph H. Pilates. Our professional studio is fully equipped with Gratz apparatus and we offer private, semi-private and small group classes. Our classes utilize the Reformer and Mat as well as the chairs, barrels, spine correctors, pedi-pul, hand weights and magic circle. You will always get a well rounded workout that caters to your body’s specific needs.

Owner/Instructor Debbie McCoy Riley is a certified Romana’s Pilates International Level V+ instructor. You will be receiving the highest level of instruction available in the Barnstable area. Each year Debbie attends several teacher workshops with master teachers as well as Continuing Professional Education events.
