Gratz equipment is manufactured in the USA to Joseph Pilates’ exact specifications, and is the industry leader in apparatus for experiencing an authentic pilates workout.

We are a studio that follows the unrivaled teacher training program-Romana’s Pilates-of world renowned protege to Joseph Pilates-Romana Kryzanowska. Instructor/owner Debbie McCoy Riley is a certified Romana’s Pilates instructor-you can rest assured that you will be receiving the highest level of instruction available in the area. Each year Debbie attends several teacher workshops with Romana’s Pilates master teachers as well as continuing professional education.
